John has been in the Real Estate industry for 11 years.  After graduating from college with a degree in Business Administration and Management Information Systems, John started his carreer in Commercial Real Estate specializing in Multi-Family Brokerage and Property Management.  In 2004 John entered the Reverse Mortgage Space as a partner of a brokerage with Joe Rizzo.  Under their leadership, the brokerage became a top 10 Reverse Mortgage Lender in California, and in the top 50 nationwide.

In 2010, John and Joe decided to offer their refined processing system, tracking software, training and management experience to the Reverse Mortgage Industry, by launching Reverse Pipeline Management.  

Joe Rizzo graduated from college with a degree in Finance and Business Administration.  Joe's professional career began as a Financial Representative and Consultant with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.  The move to Reverse Mortgages from Retirement Planning was a natural fit, to which Joe entered into full time in 2004.

As Broker, and partner with John Metcalf they grew their company to be a leading Reverse Mortgage provider in both their state and nationwide.   With their focus on streamlining and processes, the transition from Broker to Service Provider allowed them to offer their expertise nationally.

In-depth product and industry knowledge along with great industry relationships is one of Joe's key attributes to the company.
